Since Tropical Storm Lee's flooded waters have receded, it seems as if Hancock County, Ms. has not fresh crude oil. And not just on the beaches. Ditches daily are being reported to me as well as I simply go to the low lying areas in the county that flood. There is obvious OIL EVERYWHERE. Here is the documentation I have been doing.
